Position Summary:

• TELUS International is seeking a dedicated Team Leader for our Content Writer program, with English native-speaking fluency. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for guiding and supervising a team of content writers, ensuring the creation of accurate, contextually relevant, and ethical content. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining high-quality content generation.

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Content Writers, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance management to ensure the production of high-quality responses.
• Collaborate closely with support area teams to understand training guidelines, objectives, and ethical considerations, and translate them into actionable plans
• Oversee the creation and enhancement of content generated by Content Writers, ensuring it aligns with accuracy, coherence, and contextual appropriateness.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance evaluations for team members, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable feedback.
• Manage payroll and attendance review, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
