    Oracle C2M Developer

    About the Job

    Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

    Must-Have

    • 4+ years of Experience on Oracle C2M or CC&B and MDM functional like customer service, billing, OUI framework, integration with MDM, Meter data management, OU framework, integration with CC&B
    • Sound knowledge in modules like billing, payments, meter read and meter management, credit and collections, case management, move-in move out, new connections etc.
    • Experience in Config tool such as BO, MO, UI Map, Business script, Service Script, BPA script, Zones and Portals
    • Knowledge of C2M/CCB/MDM batches, algorithms and plug in points
    • Experience in Solution Design and support
    • Good communication Skills

    Good-to-Have

    • Functional Knowledge on utility industry
    • Experience on managing Commercial and Industrial utility customers
    • Stakeholder Management
